Q. Why won't the website take my credit card information?
There could be a couple of reasons this is happening:
1.) The billing address on the account you set up on our website must be the exact same as the billing address on your credit card. Otherwise, the system will not take your credit card. 2.) The number may not be entered correctly. Be sure when you enter the credit card number that you do not have any spaces or dashes in the number. If your information is correct and the card is still not accepted, please call a Customer Care Representative at 1-888-807-6020 and they can take your order over the phone. Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Custom printed ribbon orders that are canceled after order placement will incur a $30.00 fee plus any additional art charges that have been accrued at the time of the cancellation. Keep in mind, an order cannot be canceled if it is has already been sent to press.

When we refer to "business days" in regards to your order, proofing or shipping, we are referring to: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Q. Which ribbon makes the best bow?
Satin acetate ribbon is stiffer than the other ribbons, so if you want a larger multi-looped bow, satin acetate is great. Double face satin ribbon is great for single loop bows and grosgrain ribbon is terrific when you want a knotted bow. Wired edge ribbon has wired edges so your bow will hold shape when tied. Q. Is the ribbon waterproof?
No, this ribbon is not designed for contact with moisture.
Q. Will the ribbon fade?
Our ribbon is not intended for extended use in outdoor elements and may fade over time. Also, some of the inks printed on our ribbons will fade or rub off if handled repeatedly.
Q. How much ribbon is on a roll?
Each roll of ribbon contains 25, 50, or 100 yards.
Q. How much space is between each imprint on a roll of printed ribbon?

Q. Can I reuse and retie my ribbon for multiple occasions?
Custom printed ribbon is designed for one-time use only. Retying the ribbon over and over will result in the custom imprint potentially cracking and breaking down.

Q. Can I print Trademarked or Copyrighted Materials?
Customer represents that all materials to be printed including, but not limited to, trademarks and copyrighted works, are owned by Customer or Customer has obtained a license from the owner of such materials. Upon request, Customer will provide evidence of such ownership or license. Customer agrees to indemnify PYM Group, Inc. and its related companies for any damages, losses, or expenses as a result of the printing of such materials.
Q. What file formats can I upload in the design tool?
You can upload .jpg (High-Maximum quality), .gif, and .png files in the design tool.
Q. Do you accept any other file formats?
Yes! We can accept the following file formats if you call in or email your order: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .tiff, .psd (300dpi @ 100%), PhotoShop files (saved with layers), InDesign (package file), QuarkXPress files (collect for output). Q. What file formats are not accepted?
We cannot accept the following file formats: Microsoft Word files, Microsoft PowerPoint files, Microsoft Publisher files, Adobe PageMaker files (must be converted to InDesign).
Q. Can I use copyrighted material in my designs?
The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents, or copyrights on any requested design or copy.
Q. I designed my ribbon and saved it, but now I want to change something. How do I do this?
To edit a saved design, log into your account and visit your
saved designs area. From here, you can continue editing a design or email your design to a friend.
Q. Can I order different widths but use the same artwork/printing plate?
Yes, please call a Customer Care Representative at 1-888-807-6020 and they will be happy to assist you.
Q. Which imprint prints better: a metallic color or a non-metallic color?
Both types of imprint colors will work nicely on our printed ribbon. Sometimes the thickness of the lettering or the fine details of the logo will determine whether metallic imprints work the best.
