1. Can I print Trademarked or Copyrighted Materials?
Customer represents that all materials to be printed including, but not limited to, trademarks and copyrighted works, are owned by Customer or Customer has obtained a license from the owner of such materials. Upon request, Customer will provide evidence of such ownership or license. Customer agrees to indemnify PYM Group, Inc. and its related companies for any damages, losses, or expenses as a result of the printing of such materials.

2. What file formats can I upload in the design tool?
You can upload .jpg (High-Maximum quality), .gif, and .png files in the design tool.

3. Do you accept any other file formats?
Yes! We can accept the following file formats if you call in or email your order: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .tiff, .psd (300dpi @ 100%), PhotoShop files (saved with layers), InDesign (package file), QuarkXPress files (collect for output). Please call us at 1-888-807-6020 or email us at info@printmyribbon.com and we'll help you submit your artwork for printing.

4. What file formats are not accepted?
We cannot accept the following file formats: Microsoft Word files, Microsoft PowerPoint files, Microsoft Publisher files, Adobe PageMaker files (must be converted to InDesign).

5. Can I use copyrighted material in my designs?
The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents, or copyrights on any requested design or copy.

6. I designed my ribbon and saved it, but now I want to change something. How do I do this?
To edit a saved design, log into your account and visit your saved designs area. From here, you can continue editing a design or email your design to a friend.

7. Can I order different widths but use the same artwork/printing plate?
Yes, please call a Customer Care Representative at 1-888-807-6020 and they will be happy to assist you.

8. Which imprint prints better: a metallic color or a non-metallic color?
Both types of imprint colors will work nicely on our printed ribbon. Sometimes the thickness of the lettering or the fine details of the logo will determine whether metallic imprints work the best. If you are concerned, please call a Customer Care Representative at 1-888-807-6020 or email us at info@printmyribbon.com and request samples or get advice on which colors work best on the ribbon you want to purchase.

9. How long is the imprint area?
Each imprint area is approximately 9 inches.

10. Can I print a logo on my ribbon?
Yes! If you have difficulty uploading the artwork, please call Customer Care at 1-888-807-6020.

11. My logo is very detailed. How do I know it will print clearly?
If you have any concerns about your logo printing, feel free to contact our Customer Care team at 1-888-807-6020. We'll be glad to assist you!

12. Can you design a logo for me?
Yes, contact a Customer Care Representative for details by calling 1-888-807-6020 or emailing info@printmyribbon.com.
