    What is the status of my order?

    Please log in to your account or contact Customer Care to check on the status of your order. You can call 1-888-807-6020 or email us at info@printmyribbon.com for an update.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Custom printed ribbon orders that are canceled after order placement will incur a $30.00 fee plus any additional art charges that have been accrued at the time of the cancellation. Keep in mind, an order cannot be canceled if it is has already been sent to press.

    What is your return policy?

    Custom printed ribbon orders that are canceled before they have been manufactured will incur a $30 fee, plus any additional art charges that have been incurred at the time of the cancellation. No returns will be accepted without written or verbal approval from Century Marketing Corporation. Custom printed products that have been produced prior to cancellation cannot be returned. Call Customer Care at 1-888-807-6020 for any questions you may have.

    What does RUSH mean?

    RUSH printing production is available on many of our personalized ribbons. RUSH simply means that your order will be printed and leave our facility within the RUSH time frame that you choose. Please remember that RUSH applies to production times only, not delivery times. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery method at the checkout.

    If I order a 2 day RUSH, do I get my ribbon in 2 days?

    No. RUSH applies to production times only - not delivery times. If you select a 2 day RUSH, it means we will have your ribbon printed and ready to ship within 2 business days. Different delivery methods are available at the checkout.

    If I place an order today, does my RUSH time begin right away?

    RUSH production begins the business day after an order is placed. If you place a RUSH production order on a Friday, this means that your RUSH time frame will not begin until Monday (excluding holidays). If a proof is required for your order, RUSH production cannot begin until your proof is approved. This will increase the time between the day your order is placed and the start of your RUSH period.

    How can I put a RUSH on my order? I need it in a hurry!

    No problem! We have RUSH production available for many of our custom printed ribbon orders. If you would like to rush an order, select a RUSH production option in the checkout. Keep in mind, RUSH applies to production times only, not delivery times. Select your preferred delivery method at the checkout in addition to the production RUSH service.

    I don't see a RUSH option that is fast enough on your website. Are there any other options?

    Yes! We do offer other RUSH options, but you will need to call a Customer Care representative at 1-888-807-6020 to find out what more we can offer you.

    What is meant by a "business day"?

    When we refer to "business days" in regards to your order, proofing or shipping, we are referring to: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

    Why won't the website take my credit card information?

    There could be a couple of reasons this is happening:

    1.) The billing address on the account you set up on our website must be the exact same as the billing address on your credit card. Otherwise, the system will not take your credit card.

    2.) The number may not be entered correctly. Be sure when you enter the credit card number that you do not have any spaces or dashes in the number.

    If your information is correct and the card is still not accepted, please call a Customer Care Representative at 1-888-807-6020 and they can take your order over the phone.
