Why won't the website take my credit card information?
There could be a couple of reasons this is happening:
(1) The billing address on the account you set up on our website must be the exact same as the billing address on your credit card, or the system will not take your credit card.
(2) The number may not be entered correctly. Be sure when you enter the credit card number that you do not have any spaces or dashes in the number.
If your information is correct and the card is still not accepted, please call a Sales Reps
at 888-807-6020 and they can take your order over the phone.
